Our Team, covers all aspects of the business, including technical strategies, development and the  photographic instruction manual, that show clearly the layout and the details of all single components

of the moulds.

All pieces of the mould are cut by laser machine technologies,

(with global tolerance of 0,10 mm.)

and marked with letter and numbers to semplify the mounting.

MOUNTING STEPS ITHE SHIPYARD

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Before starting to open the moulds kit pallets,

take a look at the detailed manual.
It simplifies the first operation for dividing

the kits' parts.

KITS' PALLETS

The numbers and the dimension of pallets

depend on the length of the boat,

and on the kind of wood chosen.

IroN STRUCTURE

not included in the kit supply

The shipyard will receive the iron structure scheme documentation, before the delivery of the kit, and all the parts can be mounted in advance.

If the Shipyard has some old tubular, can communicate to our Technical department the relative dimensions, and we can adjust our design with your measures, without buying the new ones.

Follow the instruction manual to divide the items of the kit, using the mark present in any single parts.

GLUEING THE PIECES

When necessary, Joint the parts (stations - longitudinal - .transversal) like showed, with

abundant glue.

All the kits must be mounted starting

from S1 ( Station 1 ).

Follow the instruction manual.

 

BattenS & PLANKING 

After the structure, the mounting continue,

with the battens, and after with the planking.

infusion & pre-preg lamination technologies,
with particular care for any details of the structure & planking, able to be used

up to 80°C.
